Village Hope International is a Born again Christian ministry in Uganda. Founded as a small Non Governmental Organization by Pastor Tiwa Bob and other six men and women of God in a remote district of Butaleja, Eastern Uganda, Village Hope International has since been blessed to become one of the leading Country-wide christian Organization that preaches the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ as well as supporting needy orphans and widows in Uganda (Mathew 28:19, Mark 16:15). The divine requirement to do good, seek justice, reprove the oppressors, defend the fatherless and to plead for the widows as given to us by God through prophet Isaiah; Isaiah 1;17, is our driving force in standing with our vulnerable brothers and sisters in need. Since 2014, village Hope international has reached thousands of neediest orphans, widows and the general community; with the word of God and various forms of humanitarian assistance in various districts of Uganda including; Butaleja, Busia, Palisa, Tororo, Budaka and Mbale. Diseases, Famine, poverty, Social injustice and illiteracy are one of the most pressing spiritual and psycho-social problems in Uganda that Village Hope International addresses using the word of God, Healthcare, Educational and Humanitarian assistance Programs. In our struggle to attain our vision of; Cared Generation, Village Hope international works with a numbers or partners like Churches, Local Governments, Schools and Hospitals with in the local communities we serve in implementing and monitoring our various programs.

Who we are

We are a born Again Christian ministry that preaches the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and help; the deprived, excluded and vulnerable orphaned children and widows in Uganda. Through the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, Prayers and Humanitarian support, Village Hope International has spiritually, physically, socially and economically changed lives of many vulnerable communities, Orphans and Widows across Uganda. Our success lies in God’s power and Care for the Poor, Orphans and Widows; out of experiencing deprivation, exclusion and vulnerability. Powered by Village Hope International mission; Empowering communities in Generation Care and Ecological Adaptation through Synergies, Village Hope International implements projects that are strategically tailored towards meeting the demand of our lord Jesus Christ to love one another (John 13:34). Village hope international works with local communities, Born Again Churches, International Organizations, partners and individuals; to preach the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and in supporting Orphans and widows in especially difficult circumstances. The daily operations of Village Hope International are guided by a set of the following values; Honesty and transparency, Mutual Respect, Equity and Justice, Courage of Conviction and Humility. We also believes in the trinity of God (God the Father, the son and the Holy Spirit), Jesus as the son of God and the risen Lord. The Bible is our only Holy book and the baptism of water in the Name of the father, the Son and the Holy Spirit ( Mathew 28:19, John 3:5).
